Er zal de komende twee jaar steeds meer worden geïnvesteerd in CRM en supply-chainmanagement, en bijna 60% van de respondenten voorspelt dat outsourcing de komende twee jaar sterk zal groeien. Voor het onderzoek werden interviews afgenomen met 339 directeuren en senior managers van grote Europese bedrijven en met 82 respondenten van Europese overheidsafdelingen.
This latest release of the eState Of The Nations report shows a majority of respondents treating e-business as a fundamental, long term, strategic business direction. Serving clients through multiple channels is a well-accepted philosophy of customer and brand management, and is thriving through new enabling technologies and processes. The independent report questioned 339 directors and senior executives of large companies and 82 respondents in government departments in the major European economies. Investment will continue to grow in Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management in the next two years. Over half of respondents predict major growth in outsourcing in the next two years.
