In tijden van recessie wil je geen risico’s nemen – ook al omdat cliënten evenmin risico’s willen nemen.
Een greep uit de andere tips: blijf investeren in marketing, probeer ontslag van personeel zo veel mogelijk te voorkomen, en probeer zo veel mogelijk vaste kosten (inclusief salariskosten) variabel te maken.
