Hoe ziet de wereld van de managementconsultancy eruit in 2020? In een rondetafelconferentie met management-consultants zijn de belangrijkste - zowel interne als externe - veranderingen voor de managementconsultancy-branche geïdentificeerd.
Op basis daarvan zijn drie scenario’s opgesteld: WW2004, Smallies (ofwel Atomic) en Watson World. Voor elk scenario worden de consequenties voor cliënten en voor de grote en kleine spelers in de managementconsultancymarkt besproken.
